• Pages visited, time on page and referral source
• Google Analytics cookies (anonymised where required)

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, religion, ethnicity, etc.) and we do not collect full financial account details via this website.

4. Who We Share Your Data With

We share your enquiry data with our FCA-regulated partner(s) for the sole purpose of matching you to the appropriate finance product. We confirm the partner in writing before any introduction is made. Partners are:

• FCA-regulated lenders and advisers (identified in your introduction letter)
• Google LLC (analytics data only — anonymised)
• Google LLC (form submission data via Google Apps Script — see below)

Google Apps Script Data Processor

When you submit our eligibility form, your data is transmitted to a Google Apps Script endpoint and stored temporarily in a Google Sheets spreadsheet on servers operated by Google LLC, which may be located in the EEA or USA. Google LLC is an EU-US Data Privacy Framework participant. We delete this data within 90 days of your enquiry being resolved.

We never sell your personal data to any third party.

5. Data Retention

We retain your enquiry data for no longer than 2 years from the date of submission, or 90 days if no finance introduction is made. Analytics data is retained in anonymised form for up to 26 months.

• Rectification: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure: Ask us to delete your data (“right to be forgotten”)

• Withdraw consent: Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing
